Here we go again.....the 3rd annual Con3 Run one-man canoe race sponsored be Keahiakahoe Canoe Club. This years' event promises to be a huge success. For those of you that participated in last years' event, you know you can expect a challenging event with awesome conditions. The "original" event held in the country, it will challenge you to a grueling course that's not your usual Hawaii Kai run. This years' courses will both end up in beautiful Kahana Bay. We've also added a stand-up paddle board division this year for the brave. Don't forget the 'ono food keahiakahoe is known for. See you in the Con3!
