The 3rd annual pre-season Kahiau Canoe Race turned out to be a challenging afternoon. There were quite a few crews that passed the finish lines with only seconds between them and the next crew. Congratulations to all crews that made the race another successful one. We increased our participation rate by 42% from that of last year.

Again, there wasn't a complaint in the house about the 'ono grinds. A big Mahalo to all those that helped in the kitchen. And who can forget the 1 lbs. of pig that was given to each crew member of the winning team. Gilbert, you're the BEST!
